Deleting your account and data
In-app deletion from Account settings — permanent and immediate.
Open Account settings (avatar menu → Account settings), scroll to Delete account, then tap Delete my account. Acknowledge what deletion does and type your username — or your email if you haven't set a username yet — to confirm.
Your profile, favorites, and sign-in details are removed. Live listings come off the shop; pieces in review are withdrawn. Sold pieces stay in our transaction records but are unlinked from your account. Stripe payout setup is disconnected.
Need an export first? Write in from the email on the account with the topic 'Account' before you delete. Once deleted, the account cannot be recovered.
