How buying pre-loved works

From checkout to your door — and how your payment is protected along the way.

When you buy a pre-loved piece, your payment doesn't go straight to the seller. We hold it while the seller ships, and release it only after the piece arrives as described. That's the whole model — you never pay a stranger and hope.

What happens after checkout

The seller is notified immediately and has the shipping window stated on the listing (usually 3 business days) to send your piece with tracking. You'll get the tracking number by email as soon as it's in the carrier's hands.

Once it arrives, take a look. If everything matches the listing, you're done — the payment releases to the seller automatically after 72 hours. If something's off, that same 72-hour window is when you open a dispute.

Read this and still stuck? Then it's worth a person's eyes — and mention what you've already tried.
