The item isn't as described
How to open a dispute, what evidence helps, and how it resolves.
If a piece arrives damaged, materially different from its photos, or with flaws that weren't disclosed, you're covered — your payment is still held on our side.
Open a dispute within 72 hours
The clock starts at delivery. Write in with your order reference, what's wrong in a sentence or two, and clear photos of the issue next to the listing photos. That's genuinely all we need — disputes with photos resolve in a day or two; disputes without them take much longer.
We review both sides and decide where the held payment goes. If the dispute stands, you return the piece (we send a label) and your refund releases when tracking shows it heading back.
What isn't covered
Fit and change-of-mind aren't disputes — measurements are on every listing so you can check before buying. Flaws that were disclosed in the listing aren't disputes either. Read the flaws section before you buy; sellers are required to fill it in honestly.
Read this and still stuck? Then it's worth a person's eyes — and mention what you've already tried.
