Two ways to shop, two different checkouts.
Pre-loved pieces are sold here, on souQsy, with payment protection built in. New pieces from brands link out to the brand's own site — your purchase there is with the brand, under their terms, returns, and support.
If you have an issue with a new item bought from a brand's site, contact that brand directly. We can't see their orders. For anything pre-loved, we're your people.
