Refund timelines
When the money actually lands back in your account.
Once a dispute resolves in your favor and return tracking is live, we release the refund within one business day. From there, your bank takes 3–7 business days to post it — that part is out of our hands, and writing in won't speed the bank up.
If it's been more than 10 business days since we confirmed your refund, something's stuck. That's worth a message — include the ticket reference from your dispute.
