In review. A person is looking at your piece. Most reviews are done within a couple of days.

Live. Your piece is approved and listed. Buyers can see it now.

Needs changes. Something's missing or unclear, usually a photo or a flaw that needs noting. We'll tell you exactly what to fix. Resubmit when you're ready.

Not accepted. This piece isn't a fit for souQsy. It's a curation call, not a judgment of you, and it doesn't affect anything else you list.

If it's been more than 3 business days with no email at all, check spam first — then write in with the email address you submitted with.
