When do I get paid
The payout schedule, from sale to your account.
Your piece sells, you ship within your stated window with tracking, the buyer receives it, and 72 hours after delivery — assuming no dispute — the payment releases to you.
Slow tracking, a buyer who opens a dispute, or shipping without tracking will all delay this. The single best thing you can do for fast payouts is ship quickly with tracking and describe your pieces honestly.
