Where is my order?
Shipping windows, tracking, and what counts as late.
Sellers ship within the window shown on the listing — for most pieces that's 3 business days. You'll receive tracking by email the moment it's scanned by the carrier.
No tracking after the window closes? First check your spam folder for the tracking email. If it's genuinely not there, that's a fair reason to write in — include your order reference and we'll chase the seller the same day.
